Shipping & Handling

We do not ship any bulbs or plant materials outside of Canada due to costly government documentation for customs clearance.

A standard shipping and handling charge is $8.00 for seeds only in Canada.

Our busiest month is January through to May.........we are processing orders 7-10 business days excluding holidays.

All on-farm activities are presently SUSPENDED to the public with NO curbside pick-up. There are no farm pickups or visits until the COVID-19 ban is lifted.

In order to avoid Canada Post high volumes and transit times, we recommend deliveries by Xpress Post with tracking number.

It is the buyer's risk and responsibility to check your Country's rules for imported seeds. We do try to accommodate clients as much as we can without violating any foreign policies.

Due to the global situation caused by the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic there may be delays to postal services due to high volumes. Might we ask that you please be patient during this difficult time and allow a little bit longer than usual for your order to arrive.

We are open for business through our online store only.

Due to high volumes we will advise you by email when your order will be shipped and provide a tracking number.

Plants and bulbs are shipped when they are dug, see the item description for available dates. Your satisfaction is our priority during these challenging times.

All "plant" orders are shipped out on a Monday to allow one full week of transit time.  We send all our packages by Xpress with a tracking number to try to avoid long transit times. We do NOT recycle boxes for shipping, all of our shipping materials are one-time use only.

The good news! We grow out most of our seed varieties and 2021 was a bumper crop. Keep checking the website shop for new and exciting varieties that grow in our unique part of the world....latitude 44 in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

Please e-mail us if you have any questions.

Happy Gardening, be safe and take care.
