Aronia -seeds

Aronia berries have the highest concentration of antioxidants present in any fruit and protects the body’s cells from the damaging effects of oxidation. Other health effects that are being studied include urinary tract health, strengthens blood vessels, balance blood sugar, anti-viral, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and regulating weight. 

The ripe berries can be used where ever other wild berries are used....in jam, jellies, wine, baked goods. 

Aronia is actually a small shrub. The seeds require 2-3 months moist stratification to germinate. Grown extensively in Russia.
