Arugula-Paola (Organic)

This variety is named after our Italian neighbour who teaches yoga. She requested a familiar green from the old country and here you have it.  Classed as an edible herb with a spicy rich taste.

Can be grown in the cool spring or early fall, it makes a great addition to a mixed salad and choked full of natural minerals and vitamin C. It is an important and healthy garden leafy vegetable in short seasoned areas.
