Garland Daisy (Organic)

Garland Daisy, Glebionis coronaria, as a leaf vegetable in Asian Cuisines. It is widely used in China and Korea as an ingredient in stir fries, stews and soups. In Japan cuisine it is called spring chrysanthemum and mixed into rice or served as a side dish with soya and sesame seeds.   Flowers can be used fresh in green salads and dry in teas.

Start seeds in flats for late spring plantings or sow directly into the garden. Seeds do best in cool moist garden soil rather than hot and dry so plan your sowings accordingly.

200 seeds@ $4.95 per packet
