Dill-Bouquet (Organic)

Strong, tall and aromatic plants. A main ingredient in dill pickles and dill salmon sauce. It is also used as a fragrance in soaps and cosmetics. Bet you didn't know that. This variety can be used for seed or leaf production and early to mature in short season climates.

People use dill for digestion problems, urinary tract disorders, infections, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. Chewing the seeds can freshen the breath.

Dill can be started early to mid May in seed flats using a free draining starting soil mixture and planted out end of spring after the threat of frost but before the scorching heat.
