Blue Elderberry "Sambucus caerulea" is our Western Elderberry, used in the same way like our native Black Elderberry. Cooked fruit and raw flowers are a culinary delight in sauces, cordials, syrups, muffins and wine making.
Lovely is small gardens and a great pollinator magnet.
