Parsnip-Hardy Canuck-Pelleted seed

Hardy Canuck, just like our Northern cousins. A wonderful hardy variety that is pelleted with clay for easy handling, sowing and thinning. If you have had trouble before then try sowing pelleted parsnip seed.

Get off to a great start early spring when the soil is cool and moist. Sow directly in the cool moist garden soil as early as you can in spring for best results. It is the nature of the beast. Do Not plant in hot dry soil.

They are biennial which means they over winter then go to seed the following summer.

Parsnips sweeten up in the cool fall weather or leave them over winter to dig early in spring before the tops sprout.

50 seeds (pelleted) per packet @ $7.95
