Pepper-Thai (Organic)

This is a very hot pepper, small but mighty. Used in spicy Asian dishes. The fruits are 2 inches long. Can be dried whole and stored as a spice. Matures in 75 days from transplant.

Always handle hot peppers and their seeds with gloves.

Tip: Start pepper seeds end of February or early March. Peppers like consistent warm weather, transplant seedlings out in warm fertile garden soil. Pepper plants do exceptionally well in raised beds.
