Gingko biloba-nuts

An ancient species from the Dinosaur age, also called Maidenhair tree. The leaves are used as a dry herb or tea in Chinese medicine and the nut is a culinary delicacy.

Our nuts are from fall 2023 and come from trees that have lived through cold winters north of Ottawa our countries capital.

Perhaps zone 4, grown in the Ottawa area from 40 year old trees.

Trees are female or male.

The nuts must be cold moist stratified to germinate.
