Pepper, Red Ringer (organic)

This sweet pepper is a versatile small heart shaped type which is perfect for salsa, salads, grilling and pickling....a real charmer. Fruit size is approximately 3" long by 2" wide or smaller. Matures from green to bright red. 75 days from transplant. One of our favorites for versatility, early maturity and taste.

Tip: Start pepper seeds in late February or early March for transplanting out in early June. Sow seeds in a starter soil seeding mixture, keep soil moist to the touch and in a warm sunny spot for good germination. Plant out in warm soils after the threat of frost and the days are consistently warm.
