Wild flowers, trees, flowering herbs and cover crops provide nectar sources for beneficial insects and honey bees which pollinate the plants in our ecosystems, farm crops and gardens. Studies have shown that 80% of food crops are pollinated by wild bees worldwide. Pollinators are worth billions in the human food chain and plant diversity.
