Large Leaf Sorrel ,Rumex acetosa, is a North American perennial herb hardy to zone 3b. It is a plant that is versatile in a wide range of ph and soil types. It can grow in the acidic soils of Nfld. and also in the alkaline soils of Ontario. Prefers full sun but can take some partial shade.
